A reliable leaker has revealed information that could mean that Konami is working on at least two new Silent Hill titles.

Eurogamer reported that AestheticGamer, who has been known for accurate leaks surrounding Capcom in the past, has revealed that Konami may have two productions in the works. AestheticGamer, after talking about Resident Evil leaks says, 'Konami about two years ago reached out to various developers to pitch ideas for two Silent Hill games'
They mention that the one game is apparently to be a 'soft reboot' while the other is to be an episodic style title similar to how the TellTale Games titles work and is to 'go alongside the reboot'. They clarify that that's all they know surrounding the rumor, but estimates that there's 'a high chance one or both of those titles may be revealed this year'

Earlier this month, we saw Masahiro Ito, known for his work in the Silent Hill series tease that he's working on a new title and joked that he hopes the title won't get canceled this time, referencing canceled Konami projects. Masahiro Ito is working freelance, which means this project might not even be linked to Silent Hill, but the joke kind of points to the possibility it is indeed a Konami production.
